How
to download the latest Bid Period data |
In order to download and use the latest Bid Period data,
you must first install the RosterMate software.
This is available either as a download
or as a CD available to order (NB. A
small number of CDs will also be available for pickup from SYD
Base)
Once RosterMate is installed, and run for the first time, you
will be asked to enter certain details before RosterMate can
proceed.
Please check all details and spellings
are correct as mistakes at this stage may prevent you from downloading
the Bid Period data.
RosterMate will now start and, if you
are connected to the internet, will check for any new updates
or current Bid Period data.
NB. If RosterMate does not notify you
that new Bid Period data is available but you want to download
a specific Bid Period use 'Updates' then 'Manual Updates' from
the Rostermate main menu.
Follow the on-screen instructions to download
and install the required Bid Period.
New users of RosterMate receive their first Bid period
download for free, however, if you choose to continue using
the service please use the Orders
site to take out a subscription

or download RosterMate please first check the Technical
Support pages. If your problem continues please contact
support@rostermate.com
stating your RosterMate username (ie the name that appears at
the Rostermate login screen) and your Staff number.
