The RosterMate software is
available free of charge to all Qantas flight crew either by
downloading the relevant files from this website or by delivery of
the CD version (which also contains additional system support files
as well as Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0)
The first available Bid Period download after you install RosterMate
is also available free of charge. This allows you to evaluate the
extensive benefits of using the RosterMate system.
After the initial free evaluation period users will need to
'subscribe' for subsequent Bid Periods. This will entitle you to
up-to-date pattern info (usually available a few days prior to
Pattern Books) as well as program updates and full technical
support.
Subscriptions can be on either of the following terms...
Single subscription
Each Bid Period = $15.00 (inc. GST)
Annual subscription
6 Bid Periods = $75.00 (inc. GST)
NB. The annual subscription price constitutes a saving of 1 bid period
over a year.
The cost of subscribing to RosterMate is
100% tax deductible.
